"terrible support from the company"
The goods from this company are fantastic, and the delivery was prompt. But, I noticed that one item was left out of my order, and even after sending multiple emails and making calls to get help, nobody from the company has taken the time to respond. It's just dreadful customer support, and I’d strongly advise folks to steer clear of ordering from this company because of that. You just can’t run a business that sends out products without any way to communicate!

"Ordered a Christmas hamper for my brother..."
My elderly mother placed an order for a Christmas gift hamper for my brother on December 12, 2020, costing £112. Despite being told by Ross at Scottish Hampers that the courier lost it and a replacement would be sent out on January 5, 2022, it still hasn’t arrived. It’s been over a month since we made the purchase. Now, the company isn’t responding to my emails, and I can’t reach them by phone either. UPS hasn’t been much help either. As a returning customer, I feel like I’ve been treated terribly by this company, and they haven’t refunded my money. Since Scottish Hampers deals with food, I can’t help but worry about the state of the items I ordered, like the smoked salmon and cheeses. I’m requesting a full refund and an apology, please.

"Awful service and wrong items received"
I picked out a custom hamper because of allergies and what the customer didn’t like, to send to one of our clients. Half of the items were missing, and then they threw in some random replacements that were way cheaper. It arrived in a flimsy white box instead of the £10 hamper box I ordered, so I couldn’t even send it to the customer. Trying to reach them by phone is pointless since they don’t pick up. I’ve also been waiting for a reply to my emails for 10 days now. Just terrible service. STAY AWAY!

Functioned perfectly. The hamper was just as described. The buying process was a breeze. Communication was solid. The recipient was super happy with the present.

"Disappointing Experience with a Gift and Service"
We received a Christmas hamper from our son and his family who live abroad. At first, there were issues with getting the hamper, and it didn’t arrive as promised. When it finally showed up, some items were damaged. The biscuits were crushed, the mincemeat pies were messed up and had bits of packaging in them. A can of Cullen Skink looked like it had been kicked down every hallway before it got sent out. We took pictures. The box itself was fine when it arrived, so it’s hard to believe the damage happened during shipping. After that, we sent several emails, but they were ignored. I even tried reaching out via Facebook Messenger, and Ross replied, saying replacements would be sent right away. That was on January 15th. Still no sign of anything, and we’ve pretty much given up. Honestly, the after-sales service from this company is just terrible, and I’d suggest looking elsewhere and checking reviews before making a purchase.

The hamper ended up at the incorrect address. Thankfully, my son was able to retrieve it from the individual who got it by mistake.

I'm really pleased with the service and the hamper. My order accidentally went through two times (likely my mistake), but they handled it all smoothly and with great courtesy.

I got 2 personalized hampers to send to my folks and in-laws for the holidays. The site was super user-friendly and the range of products was top-notch. I picked the delivery date as per the instructions, and they arrived just like I wanted. I’ll surely be back for more. Cheers!

"Consistently satisfied with the item"
Consistently satisfied with the item. However, I was not pleased with the customer support when my hamper didn't show up on the promised delivery date. When I looked into it, the order was indicating a delivery a full month later. They sorted it out quickly once I reached out, which makes me wonder, "why couldn't that have been handled right away?" I never got an explanation, an apology, or even a response to my complaint.

"Terrible service and late delivery"
I placed an order for a Hamper on November 22, expecting it to arrive by December 21. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any email confirmation; the only proof I had was from the website after I completed my order. If I hadn’t taken a screenshot, I would’ve been left with nothing. The hamper didn’t show up on December 21, and when I tried reaching out to Scottish Hampers via phone and email, I only got voicemail and automated replies. Finally, on December 30, I received an email stating that my parcel was returned to them in a damaged condition and that they would resend it. Now, it’s supposed to arrive on January 4. That means the hamper will be 14 days late from when it was originally supposed to be delivered. Looks like my Christmas gift is turning into a late New Year’s present! The customer service from this company is really lacking, and I wouldn’t recommend using them again.

Greetings Scottish Hampers.
I forked out almost £12 for delivery of my hamper to an address a couple of days back, and it hasn’t shown up yet.
I’ve attempted to call the provided number only to be met with a voicemail, and my emails have gone unanswered.
Could you please respond quickly with info on where my hamper is and when it’s expected to arrive?

"Fantastic Service"
Fantastic service! The product hamper I chose made it to Germany without a hitch, and my son was over the moon to get a taste of Scotland that brought back memories of home. I got updates on both collection and delivery. Totally worth the money!
